Soccer Strike: Small Field, Big Plays

Soccer Strike takes football in a direction you probably wouldn't expect. No players are sprinting up and down the pitch, no complicated controls, and no need to memorize dozens of moves. Instead, you're given a set of striker discs and a ball. From there, it's all about finding clever ways to get that ball into the net.

The first match feels simple enough. Pull back, aim, release. Then you realize there's much more going on. A shot that misses the goal might accidentally become the perfect pass. A defender left in the wrong place can turn into a problem a few turns later. That's where the fun starts.

How to Play

The aim is straightforward: score more goals than your opponent before the match ends.

When your turn begins, select one of your discs and drag it backward. This lets you choose both the direction and strength of the shot. Let go, and the disc slides across the field.

You can shoot directly at goal if the opportunity is there. However, there are situations when it makes more sense to reposition a disc or prepare a pass for a later turn. Every decision affects what happens next.

A turn only lasts a few seconds, so there isn't much time to overthink things. Matches are short, so it’s easy to jump straight into another one.

Controls

PC

  • Click and hold the left mouse button, then drag to line up your shot.
  • Drag to adjust power.
  • Release to shoot.

Mobile

  • Touch and drag to line up your shot.
  • Release your finger to launch the disc.

Things Worth Remembering

One common mistake is sending every disc forward. It feels aggressive, but it can leave your goal wide open.

The side walls are useful too. A rebound can create angles that would be impossible with a direct shot.

And while powerful strikes look impressive, they aren't always the answer. Sometimes the best move is a gentle touch that leaves the ball exactly where you need it.

Why People Keep Playing

Soccer Strike has a way of creating those "just one more game" moments. One turn can change the course of a game, and no lead is ever completely safe. Some successes are the product of good planning, some are the product of a lucky bounce off the wall. Either way, every match tells a slightly different story.
